Requires 15+ years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Energy sectors. Must have strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas market and major industry stakeholders, with proven experience in securing contracts and developing new business. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills are essential. An Engineering or relevant technical/business qualification is preferred. Must be an Arabic speaker with highly preferred GCC experience.
