Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in *Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field*.
*Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out / Joinery projects.*
*Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.*
Strong knowledge of *interior materials, finishes, joinery materials, flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, furniture, and decorative materials*.
Hands-on experience in *Material Submittals (MAS), material approvals, samples, technical data sheets, and compliance documentation*.
Good understanding of material specifications, quality standards, and consultant approval procedures.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Knowledge of UAE fire-rated materials, authority requirements, and project specifications is preferred.
Proficiency in *MS Office and Excel*; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple material submissions simultaneously.
Experience in value engineering and material cost optimization is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred.
