Role OverviewThe Travel Trade & Agency Relations Associate is responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and travel advisors. This role focuses on expanding our travel trade network, promoting our products, supporting agency partners, and increasing B2B sales.You will serve as a key point of contact for agency partners and represent the company professionally within the travel trade industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia, and travel advisors globallyIdentify and onboard new agency partners to expand the company's travel trade networkPromote the company's travel products and services to agency partnersConduct outreach through email, calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visitsRepresent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functionsServe as the primary contact for travel agency partnersRespond to partner inquiries and provide product information, quotations, and supportAssist partners with bookings, itinerary planning, and operational coordinationEnsure partners have access to up-to-date product information, rates, and materialsMaintain strong long-term relationships and ensure partner satisfactionDrive B2B sales growth through existing and new agency partnershipsIdentify opportunities to increase bookings and expand partner engagementSupport contract negotiations and commercial agreements with agency partnersMonitor sales performance and partner activityWork closely with operations and management to align product offerings with market demandSupport the development of travel trade materials, including presentations and product guidesAssist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and partner communicationsWhat you'll bring:Experience in the travel industry, preferably in travel trade, DMC, tour operator, or agency relationsStrong understanding of the travel agency and tour operator ecosystemExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, organized, and detail-orientedStrong relationship-building and networking abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience working with luxury travel products or high-end clienteleExisting network of travel agency or tour operator contactsExperience with CRM systems and travel booking platformsFluent English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantageWe look forward to receiving your application!
