Job Description
To facilitate and coordinate all the relevant tasks for the smooth functioning of the Vehicle Sales Department and ensure documentation control of the same.
Develop, plan, and implement sales administration processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all franchises.
Prepare analysis and reports on vehicle sales to facilitate overall decision-making on strategy for procurement, stock control, pricing, sales, and budget.
Oversee and monitor shipping coordination with logistics, as well as the stock movement from PDI to the showroom, and ensure measures are in place to minimize the delivery time.
Ensure the registration process of company and customer vehicles is carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
Monitor VCC / Hayaza release and ensure timely invoicing.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure the bank deal documents for finance/insurance are submitted as per the prescribed guidelines.
Review and provide regular reports, data, and analysis for principals as well as management.
Conduct monthly and yearly audits of physical stock and reconciliation of the same.
Review and take action on queries and reports from internal and external auditors.
Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints, or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution.
Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher-level roles.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate preferably in Commerce.
7-10 years of overall administration experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
3-4 years in the automotive industry.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
