Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in development, construction, or project engineering. Proven experience in Project Engineering / Engineering Management. Strong technical coordination and project execution background. Experience managing engineering teams and coordinating with consultants and contractors. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with BIM/Revit and project management systems is an advantage. Good command of English.
Description
Lead and manage the project engineering team. Oversee engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Review drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and design deliverables. Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and engineering risks. Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, codes, and project requirements. Monitor engineering progress and ensure timely delivery of technical requirements. Provide technical leadership and support Project Management and Construction teams.
