Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* 1–3 years of experience in accounting.* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.* Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.* Good understanding of Accounts Payable & Receivable.* Experience in cash management and bank reconciliation.* Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Good organizational and time-management skills.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.* Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is preferred.* Experience in project costing, contractor payments, and tracking project expenses is preferred.* Previous experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or real estate is a plus.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team at Mostafa Innovation. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, monitoring expenses, handling project-related accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities:* Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records.* Track company income, expenses, invoices, and payments.* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.* Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.* Perform bank and cash reconciliations.* Track project costs, material expenses, and contractor payments.* Monitor cash flow and prepare regular cash flow reports.* Review and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.* Assist in budgeting and cost control for projects.* Prepare payroll and employee-related financial records when required.* Coordinate with management, suppliers, contractors, and other departments regarding financial matters.* Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.* Assist with tax-related and other financial requirements when needed.Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.* Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Good organizational and communication skills.* Experience with accounting software is preferred.* Previous experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or real estate companies is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Cairo, Egypt
