Lead and manage accurate labelling, health claims, and specs. Contribute actively to regulatory and scientific discussions inside and outside the company. Help build clear, efficient R&D systems for documentation and traceability. Guide and develop junior staff.What You Will Do In Your Role Stay current with food regulations and scientific updates (local, Codex, GCC, EU). Review and approve labels, ingredients, nutrition facts, and health claims. Represent the team in external technical committees, industry groups, and with regulators to protect and promote Juhayna's interests. Participate in internal regulatory and scientific meetings to align on projects and share best practices. Lead preparation and validation of nutrition facts and support documents for new and existing products. Ensure health claims and messages are scientifically sound and legally compliant. Support nutrition-related awareness and internal training as needed. Review Juhayna's key ingredients (e.g., milk, fruit, sugar, cocoa) and set clear, realistic sustainability criteria (responsible sourcing, traceability, credible supplier proofs). Work with Procurement and R&D to collect proofs, check feasibility, and track a practical roadmap for improving sustainability over time. Build, maintain, and improve systems for specifications, artwork, and regulatory documents (e.g., SharePoint). Ensure clear traceability of information to support audits and market expansion. Work closely with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, Export, and Legal to support product launches and changes. Coach and support junior team members; share knowledge and feedback.
