Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or high-growth companies.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels.Strong experience in sourcing, headhunting, CV screening, and candidate assessment.Experience working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiters is preferred.Strong knowledge of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, job boards, referrals, and social media.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Good knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Description
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring requirements.Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Manage recruitment trackers and maintain accurate candidate and hiring data.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job profiles.Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, hiring progress, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.Lead and support recruiters in achieving hiring targets and maintaining recruitment quality.Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.Ensure recruitment activities are conducted professionally and in line with company policies.
