About role:
Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement the economical solutions as per business process and policy requirements. Lead the implementation of the company standards and policies related to civil maintenance. To mentor and develop UAE Nationals in civil engineering, aiding ADNOC Sour gas in achieving Emiratization targets. Initiate, plan, and supervise the cross functional teams and contractors to implement all aspects of the civil maintenance projects within the constraints of schedule, scope and budget. Ensure identification of well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with company standards and specifications. Plan, initiate, monitor and control maintenance management system related to civil maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers. Initiate, plan, determining, documenting, finalizing the contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan required for civil maintenance services. Perform analysis based on variety of factors including technical competency, experience, HSE performance to select potential bidders and material vendors from company commercial directory and request expression of interest and obtain necessary site management approvals.
