Requirements

Strong technical proficiency in Jiu Jitsu, the ability to design and adapt class plans, and skills in maintaining safety standards are essential. Experience in competitive Jiu Jitsu or martial arts coaching, along with relevant coaching certifications, is preferred.

A national UAE Sports management company established 17 years ago in Abu Dhabi market, providing professional sport solutions and skilled fitness manpower to private and government clients is seeking to hire Jiu Jitsu instructor with the following terms:Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jiu Jitsu Instructor role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The instructor will lead Jiu Jitsu classes for various age groups and skill levels, focusing on technique, conditioning, and safe practice. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured training sessions, demonstrating techniques, supervising sparring, and providing constructive feedback to students. The role also involves monitoring student progress, maintaining a safe and respectful training environment, and supporting the development of training plans for individuals and groups. The instructor may assist with organizing belt tests, seminars, demonstrations, and internal competitions, while representing the company's values and standards.QualificationsBachelor graduated or at least high school.3 years relevant experience as a Jiu Jitsu Instructor.Strong technical proficiency in Jiu Jitsu.Recognized belt rank is preferable.Ability to design and adapt class plans, progression drills, and training programs for different levels and age groups.Skills in maintaining safety standards, injury prevention, and basic first aid awareness during training sessions.Clear communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and engage students in a diverse, multicultural environment.Experience in competitive Jiu Jitsu or other martial arts is an advantage, including coaching athletes for competitions.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by class and event schedules.Relevant coaching certifications and/or sports education background are preferred.please include your CV.
