DUTIES PREFORMEDKey Accountabilities20%Drawing Receipt & Review1. Organize and maintain all project documents received as per the internal documentation setup.2. Review drawings carefully to ensure all required information is received and clearly readable.3. Compare PDF; DWG and Model where applicable and identify any discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in accordance with RFP and Scope of work.4. Check drawing titles, drawing numbers, revisions, scales, legends, notes, and references.30%AutoCAD Drawing Preparation & Quality Control1. Open and review all relevant CAD and Model drawings and ensure that drawings are technically clean and properly prepared.2. Check that lines are continuous, connected, accurate, and free from unnecessary gaps, overlaps, duplicate lines, or broken elements.3. Ensure all drawing elements are assigned to the correct and clearly defined layers while maintaining consistent layer naming, line types, colors, and other CAD standards as required by the project.4. Review the drawing legend and ensure that all symbols, hatch patterns, codes, and descriptions are clear and properly presented and ensure they match the elements shown on the drawing.30%QS Drawing PreparationHardscape DWG – paving, kerbs, walls, steps, site furniture, structures, finishes, and other hardscape elements as per scope of workSoftscape and Irrigation DWG – trees, shrubs, groundcovers, planting areas, landscape zones, and other softscape elements as per scope of workMEP DWG, where applicable – irrigation, drainage, lighting, electrical, or other relevant MEP/landscape services as per scope of work 1. Separate and organize demarcation drawing information into appropriate layers to facilitate accurate quantity take-off.2. Ensure that drawings are clear and suitable for measurement, quantity extraction, and BOQ preparation.3. Ensure all activities are concluded in coordination with the technical lead of each trade.20%Submission Preparation1. Ensure all drawings required for submission are complete, clear, and properly organized.2. Prepare demarcation drawings in a consistent and professional format.3. Prepare design drawings for all design and built Projects under the supervision of the technical lead.4. Verify that all required files, revisions, and supporting drawings are included before submission.5. Ensure that DWG files are properly named, arranged and indexed according to the project/document control requirements.6. Maintain an organized record of submitted drawings and revisions.
