The Business Development Manager MEA role is based in Dubai. This person will be responsible for driving the growth of the CAD/CAM Imaging portfolio across the Middle East & Africa. Working closely with regional commercial teams and distributor partners, the role focuses on business development, distributor capability, product launches, commercial and clinical training, and identifying opportunities to accelerate market growth.

As part of its continued growth across the Middle East & Africa, the business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager MEA to support the expansion of its CAD/CAM portfolio.
Description
* Drive business growth across the CAD/CAM, Imaging, Treatment Centre and Instruments portfolio throughout the MEA region.
* Develop distributor capability by delivering product, commercial and clinical training to distributor teams and supporting their ongoing development.
* Coach distributor sales teams to improve product knowledge, commercial effectiveness and customer engagement.
* Lead regional product launches and support product lifecycle management.
* Partner with distributors on commercial planning, forecasting, pricing and business development activities.
* Represent the business at dental congresses, exhibitions and clinical education events.
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders, dental universities and strategic customers.
* Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, distribution networks and emerging opportunities.
* Collaborate with regional marketing, regulatory, customer service and clinical education teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager MEA should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
* 7+ years' commercial experience within the dental industry in business development, product management or related commercial roles.
* Strong experience with CAD/CAM, dental imaging, digital dentistry and/or dental equipment.
* Previous team management or people leadership experience.
* Proven experience in a regional business development role covering the Middle East & Africa.
* Experience working with and developing distributor networks across MEA.
* Proven experience training and coaching distributors and their commercial teams.
* Strong presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
