Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon with expertise or fellowship training in Rhinoplasty to join a leading healthcare facility in Al Ain. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical and surgical management of ear, nose, and throat disorders, with a special interest in functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty. The role requires a commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders in adult and adolescent patients.Evaluate and treat patients requiring functional and cosmetic nasal surgery.Perform advanced ENT procedures, including:Functional rhinoplastyCosmetic rhinoplastySeptoplastySeptorhinoplastyFunctional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)Nasal reconstruction following trauma or diseaseManage nasal airway obstruction, deviated nasal septum, chronic sinus disease, nasal trauma, and congenital nasal deformities.Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care.Counsel patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and surgical risks.Interpret diagnostic investigations, including nasal endoscopy, CT imaging, and other relevant studies.Collaborate with plastic surgeons, maxillofacial surgeons, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital quality and safety standards.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, research, teaching, and continuing medical education activities.Stay up to date with advances in rhinoplasty techniques and ENT practice.QualificationsMedical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Completion of specialist training in Otolaryngology (ENT).Fellowship, subspecialty training, or significant experience in Rhinoplasty is required.Western-trained education and/or clinical experience (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or equivalent) is preferred.Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience as a Consultant ENT Surgeon in a reputable tertiary care hospital.Eligibility for or possession of a valid DOH Consultant License (or eligibility to obtain one).Proven expertise in functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty and advanced nasal surgery.Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.What We OfferCompetitive tax-free salary and comprehensive benefits package.Housing allowance or accommodation.Health insurance for the employee and eligible dependents.Annual paid leave and flight allowance.CME allowance and paid study leave.Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.Opportunity to work in a modern, state-of-the-art healthcare facility.Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with opportunities for professional growth.Excellent quality of life in the family-friendly city of Al Ain.
