Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 10-12 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Technical Office and/or Tender Estimation in the construction industry. Must have strong technical experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems, and solid experience in tender estimation, design review, quantity surveying, purchase requisitions, and technical/commercial evaluation of vendors offers. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required, with knowledge of relevant HVAC/design software being an advantage. Must have a very good command of written and spoken English.

Join our worldwide journey.What you will need to do:Review tender documents, design drawings, specifications, and other technical requirements related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Prepare cost estimates and tender pricing for mechanical works.Review mechanical designs and identify technical discrepancies, missing information, or areas requiring clarification.Prepare and raise RFIs as required during the tendering and technical review process.Perform quantity take-offs and prepare/review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for mechanical materials, equipment, and systems.Prepare purchase requisitions for mechanical materials and equipment in accordance with project and design requirements.Review and evaluate vendors and subcontractors technical and commercial offers, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.Prepare technical comparisons and support the selection of suitable suppliers and subcontractors.Review mechanical technical submittals for materials, equipment, and systems and coordinate with suppliers to obtain any required technical clarifications.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure proper integration of mechanical systems.Support tendering and awarded projects with the required technical office activities related to mechanical works.What you will need to have:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, preferably Mechanical Power Engineering.10–12 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Technical Office and/or Tender Estimation within the construction industry.Strong technical experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Solid experience in tender estimation, design review, quantity surveying, purchase requisitions, and technical/commercial evaluation of vendors offers.Previous experience working with reputable contractors or EPC companies in a similar role is highly preferred.Good knowledge of relevant mechanical codes, standards, and engineering practices.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of relevant HVAC/design software is an advantage.Very good command of written and spoken English.You are someone who:Is organized, committed, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Can work independently with minimum supervision and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills and works effectively as part of a team.Is detail-oriented and results-driven.What is in it for you: Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
