As a Sales Executive, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Commercial team.Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate, and group business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying new revenue streams to support the hotel's commercial objectives.This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day: Identify, develop and secure new corporate and leisure business opportunities. Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and business development activities. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, government entities and key local businesses. Generate room night, meeting, event and group business opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE market. Support the preparation of sales plans, account strategies and business forecasts. Ensure all sales activities and account information are updated in Hilton sales systems and CRM platforms. Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and industry functions when required. Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations teams to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue performance. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets as defined by the Commercial Leadership team.
