Requirements
Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent qualification with 3 years of study from an accredited program, and a valid/current national license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. Desired qualifications include a postgraduate diploma in nursing, healthcare, management, or administration, along with international accreditation experience. A minimum of 6 years of clinical experience in relevant healthcare settings post-qualification is mandatory, with at least 2 years in a Senior Charge Nurse position or 3 years in a Charge Nurse position.

Responsible for the implementation and delivery of age appropriate patient care congruent with the mission, vision and values of the Organization. Responsible for ensuring nursing staff adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice of the regulatory body. Manages clinical and operational activities and ensure the provision of optimum clinical care, customer satisfaction and patient safety. Leads the Nurses Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall service delivery.
