Requirements
Demonstrable experience in driving user adoption of a system or platform 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud)Salesforce Administrator Certification is required or in progressStrong understanding of system processes (necessary guardrails and success criteria), data models, permissions, and access levels.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsMust be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teamsKnowledge of Revenue Cloud Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator)Experience working in a scaling or fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of Salesforce data model, security, and reportingKey SkillsTechnical troubleshooting and analytical thinkingDeep understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) processesData governance and quality management.Ability to work independently and in partnership with GTM teams.
