Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering for Project Engineer position. Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field for Civil Foreman position. Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in building construction, with strong Dubai/UAE experience. G+4 Dubai Municipality (DM) License Holder will be required for the Project Engineer position. Proven experience in structural and finishing works. Strong experience in labour handling, manpower management, and team supervision. Experience managing workers, subcontractors, and site activities. Strong knowledge of construction methods, work sequencing, and site execution. Ability to read and understand structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and specifications. Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or villa construction projects. Good knowledge of Dubai Municipality requirements, inspections, and construction standards. Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams. Knowledge of quality control and HSE requirements. Basic knowledge of material estimation, productivity planning, and monitoring site progress. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Candidates with strong experience in both structural and finishing works will be preferred.
