We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Design Architect with strong project management capabilities to join our team at the head office. In this role, you will lead the planning and coordination of complex projects while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams that include architects, interior designers, BIM architects, electrical engineers, and mechanical engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in complex projects planning and design, with a successful track record of managing large-scale projects from concept through completion.This position emphasizes strategic planning, technical expertise, and integrated project delivery in the healthcare sector, while also supporting projects across commercial, residential, and industrial domains. You will report to senior management and provide regular updates on design and project progress, timelines, and deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader passionate about healthcare design and skilled in overseeing project execution across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring that the designs align with client requirements, project specifications, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with senior management and other project stakeholders to define project objectives, budgets, and timelines.Review and approve design documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and industry standards.Decide objectives for Project Architects and maintain acceptable efficiency levels.Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Prepare and present regular reports and status updates to senior management on the design process, progress, and challenges.Ensure the seamless integration of various design disciplines, ensuring coordination between architecture, interiors, engineering systems, and BIM.Manage the coordination of design teams, both in-house and with external consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions.Monitor and manage the design budget, resources, and timeline to ensure timely delivery and effective resolution of any challenges that arise.Develop strategies for continuous improvement in design processes, quality control, and project delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management across various types of projects.Minimum 8-10 years in healthcare project.Proven experience as a lead planner and project manager on medium to large-scale projects.Extensive project management experience within the healthcare project sector.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations, with experience in healthcare sectors.Strong experience in project management, budgeting and resource allocation.Proficiency in design and BIM Software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, 3Ds max)In-depth understanding of integrating various design disciplines (architecture, interiors, mechanical, electrical, BIM) into cohesive project solutions.
