Operations PMO Manager

Required Skills

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or Project Management. Must have 7+ years of experience in PMO, Operations, or Project Management, with proven experience managing cross-functional and operational projects. Strong knowledge of PMO governance, project planning, risk management, performance reporting, analytical skills, and stakeholder management is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, with experience in project management and dashboard tools being an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Operations PMO Manager to lead project governance, execution, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination across the organization. The role will ensure operational projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while driving efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain standardized PMO processes, templates, governance, and project management methodologies.Establish clear project workflows, approval processes, and operational SOPs.Ensure projects follow agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and governance requirements.Monitor PMO maturity and continuously improve processes to support business growth.Oversee critical operational projects across regions, including new site launches, capacity expansion, process improvements, and operational initiatives.Review project plans, risks, issues, and mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery.Lead escalation of major operational issues, system disruptions, capacity challenges, and delivery/network bottlenecks.Coordinate seasonal readiness plans, resource requirements, and operational stress testing.Develop project dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility on project progress, risks, milestones, and performance.Prepare management reports, presentations, and decision papers for senior leadership.Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure clear ownership, communication, and timely delivery.Facilitate management meetings, steering committees, and operational reviews.Work closely with IT to ensure system changes support operations without negatively impacting the customer experience.Coordinate with Finance on budgets, cost assumptions, approvals, and operational financial planning.What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.7+ years of experience in PMO, Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.Proven experience managing cross-functional and operational projects.Strong knowledge of PMO governance, project planning, risk management, and performance reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management and dashboard tools is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management.Why BoutiqaatAt Boutiqaat, you won't just join a company you'll join a movement redefining e-commerce beauty and lifestyle retail.
