Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a relevant field, along with a teaching certification. A Master's degree is preferred. Must have 7-10 years of experience in education with significant leadership experience, ideally in roles like Academic Director, Dean, Principal, or Vice Principal. Experience with American and/or National education systems is highly preferred. Excellent English communication, leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills are essential. Experience teaching English to elementary students is a plus.
