We are looking to fill a site position in Abu Dhabi from September 2026 with an experiencedPV Electrical Construction Manager for Owner's Engineer (18 month contract)Overall Work TasksResponsible for overseeing and monitoring all electrical construction activities for a utility-scale solar PV project on behalf of the Owner, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Owner's team of site inspectors and coordinate site supervision activities. Oversee electrical construction, testing, and commissioning of PV systems, MV infrastructure, substations, and associated facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved designs, and HSE requirements. Monitor EPC contractor performance, construction progress, quality, and technical compliance, identifying risks and supporting the timely resolution of issues and interface challenges. Coordinate with the EPC contractor, consultants, OEMs, utility representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and design implementation.
