Assist the chef with daily food preparation, including washing, cutting, peeling ingredients, cleaning tableware and kitchen utensils.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, storage room and waste disposal area regularly.
Sort and store raw materials properly to keep ingredients fresh, check shelf life of food regularly.
Help prepare meals for all on-site staff, distribute dishes and clean up after meals.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly, complete other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the chef.
Requirements:
Medical check report: including AIDS (HIV), hepatitis B (Hep B), hepatitis C (Hep C), syphilis and tuberculosis (chest X-ray)
Prior working experience as kitchen helper or canteen assistant is preferred.
Hard-working, neat and hygienic, able to stand long hours during working shifts.
Good team work awareness, responsible and reliable.
Must live on-site as required by the company.
Basic communication skills to cooperate with kitchen team
