As AI Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for building and operating the bank's enterprise AI platform, enabling AI agents, LLMs, and machine learning capabilities to operate safely, securely, and at scale. Working closely with Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Compliance, and Product teams, you will help establish one of the region's most ambitious AI-native banking platforms from day one. Responsibilities• Lead the design, build, and operation of the bank's AI platform, including model serving, registries, AI gateways, and MLOps/LLMOps capabilities. • Build and manage the platform supporting AI agents, orchestration services, tool integration, agent governance, and human-in-the-loop controls. • Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and testing processes for models and AI agents. • Deliver production-grade GenAI and RAG capabilities, including retrieval pipelines, vector databases, and LLM integrations. • Partner with Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure trusted, compliant, and governed AI solutions. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI Engineering team while driving adoption of AI-native development practices.
