We are looking for a results-driven Leasing Specialist with proven experience in office and commercial workspace leasing. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting corporate tenants, generating leasing opportunities, conducting office viewings, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the leasing process from initial inquiry through contract signing and handover.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Riyadh office market, an existing network of corporate clients and brokers, and a demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify potential corporate tenants for office spaces.Manage the complete office leasing cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, contract signing, and handover.Conduct professional office tours and property presentations for prospective tenants.Understand clients requirements, including office size, location, budget, lease duration, fit-out requirements, and business needs.Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and leasing offers.Negotiate rental rates, lease periods, incentives, renewals, and other commercial terms within approved guidelines.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, landlords, property owners, and business partners.Maintain an active pipeline of prospective tenants and consistently follow up to convert opportunities into signed leases.Develop new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, brokers, and existing client relationships.Monitor available office inventory, vacancy levels, rental rates, and occupancy.Conduct regular competitor and market analysis covering office rental rates, new office developments, availability, incentives, and market trends in Riyadh.Coordinate with Property Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Facility Management teams throughout the leasing process.Support lease renewals and tenant-retention activities.Maintain accurate client, property, viewing, and leasing information in the CRM system.Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering leads, viewings, proposals, conversion rates, signed leases, occupancy, and leasing revenue.Consistently work toward individual and company leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
