Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Improvement, or a similar analytical role.Previous experience in Education Operations, EdTech, or Tech Operations is highly preferred.Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) and Google Sheets.Strong experience with Google Apps Script and workflow automation.Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools is a strong advantage.Experience working with automation, process optimization, and operational workflows.Experience working with CRM systems and operational management platforms.Experience with Big Data, large datasets, or data-driven operational environments is a strong advantage.Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools is highly preferred.Familiarity with SQL or database querying is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
