This role combines laboratory, product application, and customer presentation support, working closely with RD&A scientists and business teams to develop, evaluate, and showcase Kerry technologies.The successful candidate will play an important role in preparing product samples, conducting application trials, maintaining laboratory standards, and supporting customer engagements with high-quality product demonstrations.Key responsibilitiesConduct product application trials utilizing Kerry technologies within meat and protein systems.Prepare samples, prototypes, and finished products for customer presentations, internal evaluations, and demonstrations.Support product development activities through accurate execution of laboratory and application work.Independently plan, organize, and execute assigned projects and day-to-day activities.Maintain laboratory equipment, ingredients, and consumables to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.Record trial results, observations, and technical data accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and laboratory best practices.Collaborate effectively with RD&A colleagues and cross-functional teams to support customer projects and innovation initiatives.Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and audit-ready laboratory environment.Qualifications And SkillsEducationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc., or equivalent).ExperiencePrevious laboratory, food application, kitchen, or product development experience within the food industry.Hands-on experience in food preparation, product evaluation, or technical support activities is preferred.CompetenciesStrong practical and problem-solving skills with a passion for food innovation.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented approach to work.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
