The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, support staff and management, ensure compliance with school policies and labor regulations, and contribute to creating a positive and professional working environment.The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a school, educational institution, or similar organization.Job Location: Soma Bay, HurghadaKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day HR operations for teaching and non-teaching staffManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance, leave, performance, and offboardingCoordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and reference checksMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentationMonitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, and absenteeism in accordance with school policiesEnsure compliance with school policies, employment regulations, and applicable labor lawsSupport the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and proceduresHandle employee relations matters professionally and confidentiallyAssist with performance management, appraisals, disciplinary procedures, and staff developmentPrepare HR reports, staff statistics, attendance reports, and other required documentationCoordinate with school leadership and department heads regarding staffing and employee-related mattersSupport staff engagement, welfare, and retention initiativesEnsure all HR information is handled with a high level of confidentialityStay updated on HR best practices and relevant employment regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a school or educational environmentStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, recruitment, employee relations, and performance managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to work effectively with teachers, staff, school leadership, and other stakeholders
