Position Overview
The Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving all warehouse and order fulfilment operations. This role will build the warehouse operation from the ground up, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards and customer experience.
The Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager oversees inventory, shipping, packaging, warehouse organization, returns, stock replenishment, and fulfilment systems. As the business grows, this role will recruit, train, and lead the fulfilment team.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Setup & Management
• Lead the setup of the company's warehouse from the ground up.
• Design and organize an efficient warehouse layout to maximize workflow and storage capacity.
• Select and implement warehouse storage systems, shelving, labeling, and inventory organization.
• Establish warehouse procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Implement fulfilment systems and workflows for receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Recommend and assist in implementing warehouse management software (WMS), barcode systems, scanners, and other operational tools as the business grows.
• Develop scalable fulfilment processes capable of supporting future growth and increased order volumes.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Continuously review and improve warehouse operations and efficiency.
Order Fulfilment
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all orders are shipped within company service standards.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Inspect products before shipment to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Coordinate courier collections and deliveries.
• Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues.
• Develop and optimize fulfilment workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory levels across all products.
• Receive incoming inventory from factories and suppliers.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store products accurately within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Replenish warehouse stock as required.
• Report low stock levels to Operations and Product Development.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory records remain accurate at all times.
Packaging Management
• Oversee all packaging operations.
• Ensure products are packed according to company standards.
• Maintain premium presentation and packaging quality.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials.
• Reorder packaging supplies before stock runs low.
• Recommend improvements to packaging efficiency, presentation, and customer experience.
Returns & Customer Support
• Process customer returns and exchanges.
• Assess returned products for resale or disposal.
• Coordinate refunds, exchanges, and replacement shipments.
• Handle fulfilment-related customer complaints.
• Investigate shipping issues, damaged deliveries, and lost packages.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Shipping & Logistics
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation where required.
• Liaise with courier companies and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipping costs and recommend improvements.
• Resolve courier and delivery issues.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and incoming deliveries with suppliers and factories.
Quality Control
• Perform final quality inspections before products are shipped.
• Verify sizing, colour, product condition, and packaging quality.
• Identify manufacturing defects before products reach customers.
• Report recurring quality issues to Product Development.
• Assist in improving packaging and fulfilment quality standards.
Team Management (As the Company Grows)
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse and fulfilment staff.
• Allocate daily warehouse responsibilities.
• Monitor employee performance.
• Maintain warehouse health and safety standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing fulfilment team as order volumes increase.
Continuous Improvement
• Develop and maintain warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Improve warehouse workflows and operational efficiency.
• Recommend new fulfilment technologies and automation opportunities.
• Help build scalable fulfilment infrastructure as the company grows.
• Identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs while improving service levels.
Reporting
• Prepare inventory and fulfilment reports.
• Track fulfilment KPIs, including:
o Order accuracy
o Dispatch times
o Inventory accuracy
o Return rates
o Shipping performance
• Report operational issues and recommend improvements.

Salary:
AED
