Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Experience teaching in a Kindergarten or early years setting is highly preferred. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to create a child-centered, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Dedication to professional development and continuous improvement of teaching practices. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of phonics and literacy instruction.
