Overview of the Role Join Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility | BYD and play a key role in supporting the financial and operational success of our Aftersales business. We are currently hiring multiple Cost Clerks across our locations in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. As a Cost Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing repair orders, processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate costing of labor, parts, and related services. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and enjoys working closely with service operations teams. What You Will Do Review labor, parts, and service order line items to ensure accurate cost allocation and job costing. Prepare proforma and final customer invoices accurately and efficiently. Process labor and parts discounts in line with company policies and approvals. Raise and manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for sublet services and purchased items. Perform Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Verification (IV) activities. Monitor open LPOs and coordinate timely closure with relevant departments. Ensure service records and documentation are properly maintained and filed. Support incentive and overtime calculations for operational teams. Maintain compliance with company financial controls and operational procedures. Contribute to the smooth operation of the workshop through accurate administrative support.
