Join us as Accounting Manager in Siemens Egypt and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!Responsibility for closing and reporting procedures according to Siemens requirements, working closely with both multiple shared services and business to achieve this.Ensures implementation of approved accounting policies and procedures for assigned organizational unit(s), that match respective legal requirements - (i.e. IFRS and local GAAP).Overseas, manages and assesses improvements in all accounting transaction processes, also in coordination with shared services.Reviews, analyzes and ensures proper evaluation and disclosure of the Company's assets, liabilities, income and expenditure according to Siemens-wide or specific business guidelines.Manages the preparation of Company's balance sheet, P&L reports, annual financial statements, and reports respectively to management.Ensuring internal controls are in place, and accounting comply with all external regulations. Cooperates with external Auditors.Manages a team of professionals and support staff in different organizational settings.Ensures compliance with local accounting, tax and other statutory regulations.What do I need to qualify for this jobExcellent accounting skills with ability to demonstrate understanding and interpretation of key financial statements with experience of minimum 7 to 10 years.Qualified (ACCA/CMA/CPA) or equivalent with relevant experience in a project-based industry.
