Required Skills

Candidates must possess a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or a Postgraduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree with a recognized CPD qualification in educational or organizational leadership. A minimum of 6 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required, along with proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels. UAE or international school experience and strong knowledge of ADEK regulations are advantageous.
