Job description

Requirements
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including clinical interviews, mental status examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and stress-related conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
Provide outpatient and inpatient psychiatric consultations as required.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
Provide crisis assessment and management for patients experiencing acute psychiatric conditions.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical meetings.
Support mental health awareness, prevention, and patient education initiatives.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and participate in clinical training activities.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
