Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Finance, with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a Techno-Functional Lead, Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect role. Must have strong functional knowledge of D365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Projects) and CRM Sales, with hands-on experience in configuration, troubleshooting, LCS, Azure DevOps, and vendor/SLA management.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 professional to lead functional support across F&O and CRM Sales. In this role, you'll manage the full ticket lifecycle, drive continuous system improvement, oversee change and release management, and act as the key link between business users, IT, and third-party vendors.Key Responsibilities:Provide L1/L2 functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Projects) and D365 CRM Sales.Manage the full ticket lifecycle, including troubleshooting, resolution, user communication, and closure.Ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and optimization across D365 modules.Support change and release management, including configuration, testing, UAT, readiness checks, and post-release validation.Lead incident/problem management and root-cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.Manage L3 escalations and third-party vendors, ensuring SLA compliance, fix validation, and RCA delivery.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Maintain SOPs, user guides, configuration documentation, and known-issue/workaround documentation.Deliver user training, onboarding, and super-user development to improve system adoption.Support access and license governance and contribute to license cost optimization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience in a Techno-Functional Lead, Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect role.Strong functional knowledge of:Finance: Chart of Accounts, Dimensions, GL, AP/ARSCM: Purchasing, Inventory, Materials ManagementProjects: Budgeting, Costing, BillingCRM Sales: Leads, Opportunities, Pipeline, Forecasting, ActivitiesHands-on experience with D365 configuration, workflows, and functional troubleshooting.Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and structured release management.Proven vendor management and SLA-based L3 support experience.Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Proactive, collaborative, customer-focused, adaptable, and results-oriented.Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage.To express interest, please apply online and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates shortly.
