Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule. Familiarity with cash register and basic math skills is required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects is also necessary.

Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea in a professional and timely manner- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and adhering to our standards- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee preparation and serving stations- Assist in the creation of a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers by engaging with them and ensuring their satisfaction- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain it in good working condition- Make orders for items to make beverages- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and beveragesRequirements- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee types and brewing techniques- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining quality and cleanliness- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (coffee bags, equipment, etc.) as needed- Familiarity with cash register and basic math skills for handling transactions
