Role overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Assess and manage acute and chronic sports injuries, overuse syndromes and exercise-related medical conditions.
Design return-to-play plans with physiotherapy, strength conditioning and rehabilitation teams.
Perform musculoskeletal ultrasound assessment and guided injections according to scope and privileges.
Provide medical support for athletes, teams, fitness clients and active populations.
Advise on injury prevention, performance optimisation, nutrition coordination and safe training loads.
Maintain outcome tracking, consent, documentation and sports medicine governance standards.
Requirements

UK SEM CCT / FFSEM
European / national sports medicine specialist recognition
Royal College certification (Canada)
