This role involves continuous patient monitoring, administering complex treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU settingMonitor and assess patients conditions, including vital signs and response to treatmentOperate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumpsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plansMaintain accurate and timely patient documentationProvide emotional support and education to patients and their familiesEnsure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalentValid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain oneMinimum 2-3 years of ICU experience Experience with ventilators and critical care equipmentBLS and ACLS certification
