You must also be a self-motivated learner and possess enthusiasm and energy to deliver lessons that engage, enthuse, and motivate our learners. In doing so, you will be supported by a highly effective team of senior and middle leaders and a staff, pupil, and parent body committed to the achievement of excellence.
