Delivers and facilitates structured HSE, safety, and regulatory training programs in support of H&P's global training strategy, operational objectives, and brand essence.3. Reviews, updates, and maintains training content to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, H&P standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.4. Provides field-based coaching and reinforcement of H&P safety policies, procedures, and Life-Saving Rules in collaboration with the HSE Training & Development team across all rig locations.5. Maintains the HSE training matrix, ensuring a minimum 98% compliance and completion rate across assigned rigs.6. Accurately records training attendance, completion, and competency data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.7. Plans, develops, and executes HSE training programs for field operations to promote risk awareness, safe behaviors, and operational excellence across the fleet.8. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and facilitators, including internal and third-party providers, to ensure delivery meets defined H&P quality and performance standards.9. Develops and implements targeted HSE campaigns and learning materials to strengthen safety leadership and sustain a positive HSE culture throughout the organization.10. Manages and operates the Mobile Training Unit, ensuring effective deployment, scheduling, and utilization in field locations.11. Coordinates and oversees third-party training providers, ensuring alignment with H&P requirements, competency standards, and field operational needs.12.
