Requirements
The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full real estate cycle, from understanding their needs and budget to recommending suitable residential and commercial projects across RED's portfolio. Daily tasks include conducting property consultations, presenting data-backed market insights, organizing site visits, and following up with leads to support informed decision-making. The role involves preparing and reviewing proposals, coordinating with developers, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Property Consultant will also support sales closure, ensure a high standard of customer service, and represent RED's values and brand in all client interactions.

The Property Consultant will also support sales closure, ensure a high standard of customer service, and represent RED's values and brand in all client interactions.QualificationsStrong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients using data-backed market knowledge.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.Proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure in a target-driven environment.Familiarity with key real estate areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and Red Sea is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site, handle multiple client cases simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation and reports.Comfort using technology tools and CRM systems to track leads, properties, and client interactions.Previous experience in real estate, property consulting, or a related field is preferred.Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is an advantage.
