Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery production, technical service, or R&D with comprehensive knowledge of fermentation, dough technology, ingredients, and equipment operation. Deep understanding of Egyptian and Middle Eastern baking preferences, proven on-site problem-solving ability, and basic data analysis and report writing skills. Fluent in Arabic with basic English skills (preferred), degree/diploma in Food Science or Food Engineering, and readiness for local business travel and field service work.
