What you'll be doing:
As part of a high-performing in-house legal team, you will:
Advise on a broad range of oil & gas, energy and infrastructure transactions.
Support complex joint ventures and strategic partnerships involving major international energy companies and stakeholders.
Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial, engineering, construction and operational agreements.
Partner closely with senior business leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice.
Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks across major projects and investments.
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects that are critical to business growth and long-term strategy.
What we're looking for:
To succeed in these roles, you'll typically bring:
Qualification in a common law jurisdiction.
Approximately 5-15 years' post-qualification experience.
Experience gained within leading international law firms and/or multinational corporate environments.
Strong expertise advising on complex oil & gas, energy or infrastructure transactions.
A proven ability to navigate sophisticated commercial arrangements involving NOCs, IOCs, EPC contractors, service providers or government-related entities.
Commercial awareness, strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to operate within fast-paced, high-profile environments.
