Master's degree in Clinical Embryology or Reproductive Sciences. DHA/MOH/DOH License as Embryologist. Minimum 5 years of experience in an IVF laboratory with hands-on exposure to embryology procedures such as ICSI, embryo culture, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, and sperm preparation.

This role provides technical leadership, supports junior staff through training and mentorship, and collaborates closely with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.The Laboratory Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining compliance with international laboratory standards, implementing quality control protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
