Description
Civil SupervisionSupervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.Coordinate excavation, foundations, concrete works, cable trenches, duct banks, roads, drainage, buildings, and finishing works.Read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and method statements.Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources for daily activities.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per approved requirements.Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, and electrical teams.Ensure proper workmanship and timely completion of assigned activities.Report site progress, issues, material requirements, and delays to the Engineer/Project Manager.Electrical SupervisionSupervise electrical installation activities for power and substation projects.Coordinate installation of cables, panels, switchgear, transformers, earthing, lighting, and auxiliary systems as applicable.Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.Coordinate with electrical engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and testing & commissioning teams.Monitor material availability and ensure proper handling and installation of electrical equipment.Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification activities.Quality & HSEEnsure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and quality procedures.Conduct routine site checks and report defective or non-conforming work.Ensure compliance with company, client, and UAE HSE requirements.Conduct/participate in toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and site hazards immediately.Maintain good housekeeping and safe access within work areas.Coordination & ReportingCoordinate daily activities with Engineers, Project Managers, QA/QC, HSE, Stores, and subcontractors.Monitor manpower, productivity, materials, tools, and equipment.Maintain daily work and progress records.Assist in preparing daily/weekly progress reports.Support inspections, snag clearance, testing, handover, and project closeout.
