With a commitment to external and internal customers, Senior Project Managers optimise project planning and execution for unique Markets, guided by the TAIT Project Process. With the support of Projects leadership, the position participates in Bidding and Development of new opportunities within their Market focus and establishes core teams as projects approach confirmation.Senior Project Managers build on excellence as a Project Manager, demonstrating their mastery of managing Scope, Schedule, and Budget, finding success by leading high-performance teams that exhibit TAIT's Leadership and Inclusive Culture framework. At their best, Senior Project Managers favour leadership through context, while relying on select moments for command-and-control engagement.
