Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and financial controls. The role will lead the monthly close and reporting process while providing financial insights to support business decision-making and ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly financial close and management reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.Oversee statutory reporting, external audits, and compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements.Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet through robust reconciliations, controls, and timely resolution of discrepancies.Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including filings, calculations, and liaison with external tax advisors.Strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and support ERP/automation initiatives.Partner with senior management and internal stakeholders, providing clear financial insights to support business decisions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.12+ relevant experience, preferably within the UAE/GCC.Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax.Experience in audit and/or large corporate environments preferred.Experience within project-based, marine, or industrial sectors is advantageous.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
