After SalesJob PurposeThis role is responsible for fitting and verifying authorized electrical and mechanical accessories. In addition to performing diagnostic, servicing, routine maintenance, and repair services under direct supervision. This position contributes to customer satisfaction by helping ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and in alignment with CEER's standards.Job Role Key Functional Responsibilities Install, test and configure genuine and approved accessories (electrical and mechanical) prior to vehicle delivery and post-sale as per customer requests and OEM guidelines. Diagnose and rectify faults related to installed accessories, ensuring seamless integration with vehicle systems without affecting warranty or safety compliance. Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues repairs on various vehicle systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components using industry standard diagnostic tools and software. Execute mechanical repairs, including brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, tire services, and drivetrain repairs, to support optimal vehicle performance. Perform routine maintenance tasks carry out regular maintenance such as brake, tire and suspension servicing, as well as warranty-related repairs. Utilize diagnostic tools & software operate specialized diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostic results, recommend repairs, and provide accurate time estimates. Efficiently and accurately complete servicing and repair tasks, including documenting work performed, parts used and Labor time. Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs to verify the accuracy and functionality of work performed. Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude, addressing customer concerns and providing excellent service. Collaborating closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely ordering, tracking, and availability of all required components. Stay updated with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and equipment manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient servicing and repairs. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives. Ensure safety & compliance follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, and comply with company, environmental and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.Job RequirementsEducation: Technical High School or High SchoolExperience: 0-2 Years in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs or any relevant field.
