A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical product management or brand management experience is required, with proven experience managing specialty care pharmaceutical products being essential. Experience in neurology and/or psychiatry, as well as managing primary care products, is advantageous. Experience working across multiple Gulf markets is highly preferred, and fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic being an advantage.

Job Scoperesponsible for developing and executing regional brand strategies, supporting product launches, driving market growth, and working closely with sales teams, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across the region.The portfolio includes a mix of specialty and primary care products, with a strong emphasis on specialty care.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional brand and marketing strategies across the Lower Gulf markets.Lead annual brand planning, positioning, segmentation, targeting, and competitive strategy for the assigned portfolio.Support product launches, pre-launch activities, and lifecycle management initiatives across the region.Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, forecasting, market sizing, and opportunity assessments.Develop product positioning, key messages, promotional campaigns, and tactical marketing plans.Work closely with specialist physicians, healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.Plan and support scientific meetings, congress participation, advisory boards, speaker programmes, webinars, and other healthcare professional engagement activities.Partner closely with regional and country sales teams to ensure effective execution of brand strategies.Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to gather customer insights, assess execution, and monitor competitor activity.Train and support sales teams on product knowledge, clinical evidence, positioning, competitive messaging, and campaign priorities.Monitor product performance, sales trends, market share, campaign effectiveness, and relevant KPIs.Work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies.Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across markets and activities.Identify regional growth opportunities and support portfolio expansion initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical product management or brand management experience.Proven experience managing specialty care pharmaceutical products is essential.Experience in neurology and/or psychiatry is a strong advantage.Experience managing primary care products is an advantage.Experience working across multiple Gulf markets is highly preferred.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Location & TravelThe position is based in the UAE and requires frequent travel across the Gulf region.Candidates must be ready and willing to travel approximately 30–50% of the time across the Lower Gulf markets, including regular market visits to support sales teams, engage with key customers and KOLs, attend regional activities, and drive in-market execution.
