Requirements
The ideal candidate will have trade skills such as welding, pipe-fitting, climbing high towers, mechanical experience, and tower installation/maintenance. A post-secondary degree in engineering is desirable, with an associate's degree accepted and a bachelor's preferred. Knowledge of tower structures, support systems, standard rigging practices, and metal structure maintenance is required. Practical experience in areas like air conditioning, mechanical, auto/diesel, electrical, painting, and roofing is also beneficial. Candidates must have a commitment to Jesus Christ, be excited about missions, and willing to develop a support team.
